The Elgin Group’s staff comprises predominantly previously disadvantaged individuals.  Various training programmes and bursaries are in place to mentor employees to allow them to reach their full career potential within the group.  Particular emphasis has been placed on the development of managerial skills which will equip our staff to become future leaders in our industry.
